Royal Jelly: made by bees to feed their young and is the sole food for the queen bee throughout her life which is where it gets its name. Vitamin D3: contributes to the normal function of the immune system and healthy inflammatory response, normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, normal blood calcium levels, the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function and normal teeth.

Vitamin E: a fat-soluble vitamin it helps to protect against disease by acting as a cellular antioxidant. It also helps the supply of oxygen to the body which enhances endurance. Protects lungs against air pollution by working with vitamin A and accelerates the healing of wounds.

Acerola Cherry Extract: known as superfruits, due to their excellent nutritional value and exceptionally high vitamin C content. Vitamin C is essential for the growth and repair of cells and for a strong immune system. Acerola cherries provide a naturally bio-available and powerful source of vitamin C, which is fully utilised by the body – unlike synthetic ascorbic acid, which is sold as vitamin C. By way of a comparison of vitamin C content with other fruits, 1 small acerola cherry contains around 80mg of vitamin C – this is 30 times the amount found in oranges (of the same weight).

Ginger Root: Modern scientific research has also revealed that ginger possesses numerous therapeutic properties including antioxidant effects, an ability to inhibit the formation of inflammatory compounds and direct anti-inflammatory effects. This is because ginger contains potent anti-inflammatory compounds called gingerols.

Citrus Bioflavonoids: as its name suggests found in the citrus fruits of lemons, limes, oranges, cherries, and grapes and support balanced immune cell activity for better immune response, and support for respiratory health.

Elderberry extract: rich in vitamins A and B, flavonoids and potassium, but they are most notable because they contain more vitamin C than other traditional fruits. Research indicates that they promote disease resistance. They also help lower cholesterol, improve vision, support heart health, improve diabetes symptoms, improve digestion, alleviate muscle aches and relieve arthritis symptoms. In fact, anthocyanins found in elderberries have more antioxidant capacity than either vitamin E or vitamin C!
